Well, I'm excited to talk to you because you are one of the only fitness professionals to have a master's degree in applied positive psychology as well.

I personally want to know how that came about because that is such a great fit.

Oh, thanks for asking. As many things are true of a fitness professional, it came out for

selfish reasons. I was going through a major life transition myself and one of my good friends seeing me start

to struggle within myself for one of the significant times in my 30s.

I suggested that I take a free online course out of Yale.

It's called The Science of Wellbeing.

It's with Lori Santos, who is this fantastic practitioner.
