My entitled boss keeps saying he's going to fire me for not doing my job, despite the fact that he gives me impossible jobs to do and impossible deadlines to meet.

And after dealing with his verbal beating for weeks after I just started this job, I decided that enough was enough.

As I pushed forward to not only complain to corporate, but also ruined this guy's life entirely in a way he has still never recovered from.

And I honestly feel so good about the revenge I got on this jerk. Here's what happened.

Okay, so a few years back, I got hired as a supervisor for a local government,

and I was to help supervise about 10 employees.

Above me was a manager, and he was a terrible leader,

and would often yell at people, make slurs, and give impossible tasks or deadlines.

On my third day in on the job, he yelled at me to learn how to do my effing job right in front

of all the employees. And he even made snide remarks to other employees that he was going to

terminate me on probation. He demanded that I keep a communication log with every task he assigned me

and updated as I completed them.

He also chastised me my first weekend for not having any questions emailed to him by the end of

the week. He told me he expects me to send three questions every week until I'm off probation.

The next week, I sent him three questions as required, and he replied back to look up the answers

myself. He was literally out to get me. He would

give me a task, then another one, and then asked me why I didn't get the first one done already.

I also found out that he rode the old supervisor that way until he got enough dirt on him

to terminate him. So it was at that moment I decided it was war. I kept a log of every perceived

policy violation, broken rule, inappropriate comment,

and people who witnessed it. I also engaged other supervisors and employees from other departments.
