My entitled manager tries to boss and bully me around all because he saw me as a difficult employee

despite the fact that I have customer service awards as well as high praise for my previous managers.

So I decide to get revenge by exposing him for the awful manager that he is,

resulting in several people from my company resigning with me in mass,

and I've never felt better about getting back at anybody in my life.

Okay, so for a bit of background, I've worked in my current job for over three years,

and for most of that time, it has been a small team that is very collaborative,

good at listening, and mission focused.

Most of this time I've had a manager by the name of Dylan that is very supportive, listens,

and doesn't micromanage, and I've even been applauded and received multiple awards from our

customer and directors and cut to last year in the fall and we had a huge turnover in

management and in the preceding reorganization I was moved to be under a different guy by the name of Rick,

who is ex-military and is very used to simple Sir Yes Sir responses.

He's targeted me and several other employees who voice our opinions in the spirit of improving the overall

organization not just to be difficult or insubordinate.

Rick is also super incompetent and poor at time management and I have to do all of the planning and management for our team and even complete some of his tasks just to keep our organization afloat.

Well, last month was Evaluation Time and I emailed Rick asking him to involve Dylan in my performance review

since Rick was only my boss for one month out of the performance period.

Rick refused and wrote me a scathing review that wasn't evidence-based at all.

I had sent him multiple references like kudos from the customers and performance awards
