It never stopped for everyone else, though, and it's been a successful week on the field with Tuesday's trip to

Oxford in the FA Youth Cup bringing in a win for United Youngsters and as we've been teasing

as well we're going to check in on the women's side who absolutely cruise through to the quarter

finals of the Champions League with a brilliant aggregate victory over Athletico Madrid. Megan Ferringa will join us for that, the Athletic writer, a little bit later on. But Carl and Andy are here. Hello, how we're doing? Carl, you're back. It's good to have you back. Hello, yes, yes. I like more than one Manchester United football player. I used his little break to go on holiday

but I'm back, I'm refreshed, I'm ready to go. How are you? Yeah, we're all right. You didn't bump into Lenny Oro and Aden Heaven training or anyone else for that matter who got a bit of sunshine. You were in Iceland with Harry McGuire, that was a random one. Yeah, Harry McGuire didn't strike me as an Iceland gentleman, but yeah, I hope you enjoyed the Blue Lagoon.

Wherever you can get your rehab, I suppose. There was a brilliant reaction, actually, to our last show while you're away, Carl. And I wanted to say thank you to everyone who's watched and listened to the Eric Steele episode of Talk the Devil's Extra. He was brilliant company.

He had some incredible insight on Sena Lomans, De Hea, Smichael, Van Dasar, some of the

amazing keepers that he worked with during his time at Ultrafford and elsewhere as well.

Andy was about this quiz question that Eric posed

while he was on the show. We had a little bit of an issue with it and there was a bit of argument

over exactly where to draw the lines between what dates and so on. But we're going to do the quiz

now and we're going to take it in exactly the spirit that Eric intended. So the question was

how many players wore the goalkeeper's

shirt between Peter Smichael leaving United in 1999 and Edwin van Dasar arriving in 2005,

which Laurie will be very disappointed to know that Rio Ferdinand is not one of those players

because he did it a few years later in 2008. So there's actually 10 of them. So why not? Let's play the quiz. I'm just going to get the answers up now because that would be helpful, wouldn't it?
