Hi everyone, it's me, Ben, and I just wanted to tell you a couple of things before we begin this, the penultimate podcast of 2012.

Next week we'll have part one of our year in review.

We'll have some of our old friends back, and then we'll put part two out at the beginning of next year.

It should be pretty cool.

But in the meantime, a couple of things that you as aspiring writers and television writers should

know about.

One is the Michelangelo Screenwriting Program in which you get to go to Italy for two weeks or maybe even

three weeks and take classes and have lectures and do workshops with me and my writing partner,

Ben Acker. It's in July, but go sign up now because it's amazing. The full write-up is on their website,

which is Michelangelo screenwriting.com slash program. And it's really cool. You go stay in this

little village in Italy and you study screenwriting and you write and, you know, we talk about writing

for two full weeks. And then we're doing a third sort of intensive week. You know, if you can't

get a screenplay done or a television script done or whatever you're working on done in beautiful

Tuscany, then I don't know what's wrong with you.

So please go check that out. It's really cool. Ben and I are really excited to be a part of it.

We're thrilled that they asked us. And it should be awesome. We really relish the opportunity

to dig in and workshops and stuff that you're working on. And, you know, we get asked for feedback

quite a bit, and this is a great way to do it, and an amazing place to do it. The other thing you

should know about, I've talked before about the ATX Television Festival, which is the Austin TV

Festival. The next one will be held in June, 2013. They had their first one this

year. It's the most fun I had all year. It's an amazing thing, and I'm sure we'll talk about it on

the year in review next week, because we'll have a couple of people with us. But they are currently
