I'm your host Anna Garcia. Our cases this week, a father who intentionally drove his family off a cliff

and was charged with attempting to murder his wife and two children will not face a criminal trial or prison time.

In a shocking ruling the judge has agreed to free the man so he can live with his parents and receive mental health treatment.

The man, a doctor himself, claims he was experiencing psychosis at the time of the incident,

the victims in this case, his wife and family,

all want him to be released, and they do not want him to be tried.

So as we always ask here, what would justice look like in this case? Do you agree with the court granting the wishes of the victims in this case? But first, a murder trial with so much violence and hate that it sends the mother of the victim running out of the courtroom as the accused killer takes the stand.
