Summary
Brighton put up a good fight but were ultimately blown away by Manchester City in the FA Cup Final. What’s more, Andrée Jeglertz’ team has been given a massive boost by Bunny Shaw announcing she’ll be staying! Could this be the start of a sky blue dynasty?
While City fans celebrate, Arsenal fans have been left somewhere between shocked and fuming by Katie McCabe’s transfer to rivals Chelsea. It is hard to resist the champions of the World Sevens, in fairness. Rachel was on the ground at that wacky tournament and is here to tell us all about it.
Finally, it’s that time again. England vs Spain for what feels like the millionth time.

| 0:37.4 | from the last 100 times you spoke of England, Spain? We're not going to touch on the moments of the weekend this weekend, because obviously I feel like there's quite a concentrated thing to focus on with the FA Cup final and a bit of the transfer news. So we're going to skip this section out, Rach. But you can ask me what I did this weekend, because it very relevant to you. No, I'm going to give you my moment of the weekend. And it was when I was sitting pitchside at World Sevens. And you had texted me, asked me for some recommendations because you were going to Dublin. I was. I said, no problem. Then you sent me a bloody photo of you meeting a seal in my hometown. Yeah. You went to where I grew up. How are they? It was ridiculous. Hoth. |
| 1:29.1 | No. a bloody photo of you meeting a seal in my hometown. Yeah. You went to where I grew up. How are they? It was ridiculous. Hoth. Never. They won't ask you back. It was honestly, the most, the wildest thing. Like, I hadn't in my mind, like, when it was sunny and everyone told me the island, it's like, constantly raining, constantly dismal. And I was like, this is great here. It's like tropical. Then we went down, you took a trip to the air to the seaside. |
| 1:30.0 | We saw a seal. |
| 1:41.8 | There was a group of lads by the seal. And this seal was just bobbing in the ocean, looking at us. As if like we were the spectacle for him or her or whatever. And then this group of lads, like just randomly, one of them, This is just boys just stuck its middle finger up at the seal. |
| 1:44.7 | Yeah. |
| 1:45.0 | And the seal just swam away. |
| 1:46.4 | That's how you greet seals in Dublin. That's an absolute bullshit lie. And then we saw some jellyfish and then we took a little boat trip around your island's eye or whatever it was, saw some lovely birds and pelicans and puffins and the rest of it. I was so excited when you, I was like, what the hell? I knew you were going to Dublin. I didn't know you were going to where I grew up. |
| 2:02.2 | I was so excited. |
| 2:03.0 | I nearly set my mom down, |
| 2:04.0 | but then she remembered the whole curtain stuff |
| 2:05.7 | and she just didn't want to. |
| 2:06.7 | Yeah, no, fair enough. I cut a deep and I appreciate that. I will. I'm just so excited. I'm so pleased you went and you had a nice time. |
| 2:13.1 | It made me so happy. |
| 2:14.4 | Our first confirmation, you know. |
| 2:16.4 | Communion. |
| 2:17.0 | Communion, whatever. |
