| 0:45.2 | and how many lives is it going to save? |
| 0:47.6 | Well, we know that breast cancer is the second most common cancer |
| 0:50.4 | in women and the second most common cause of cancer deaths and women. The |
| 0:54.5 | latest science clearly shows that by starting at age 40 and screening every other |
| 0:59.8 | the year to age 74 can save even more lives from breast cancer and in fact can save up to |
| 1:05.1 | nearly 20% more lives. |
| 1:07.5 | And this corresponds to about 25,000 more women whose lives are saved. |
| 1:11.4 | We think that's a huge win for women. |
| 1:13.4 | As we did mention, these guidelines are out of step with some advocacy groups in medical |
| 1:17.4 | organizations. I spoke earlier today with a board certified radiologist, Dr Robin Roth. |
