Good morning. Yeah, welcome. Happy New Year to all. Happy New Year's.

Father Mike, how are you doing? Well, pretty good. When I was in high school, there was this Y2K thing.

Do you remember Y2K? I loved you to ask that because I was hanging out with some of the other seminarians last night.

And I asked them if they remembered Y2K. And James Finder's looks at me and he says, don't make me answer that question.

I was like, why? I was three months old. Oh, yeah, right.

I can't remember. Right. Well, to all of you who are born after the New Year's 2000, I have a great joy to share with you that everybody thought the world was over.

And the world didn't end. And the didn't end. And nor did it before 2023. Here we are.

They thought, what, all the computer stuff was going to crash and people were going to go insane and run around the streets.

I have a friend who he pulled the the breaker in his house on New Year's.

Oh, 20 or 2000. Not cool.

And everybody think it actually happened. Not cool.

Came in laughing. He knows who he is. Except everybody goes to confession. That's kind of a perk.

There you go. So fear of the end. Lead you to confession.
