Hi guys, welcome back to the show. If you're all new here, my name is Kenzie. I am the host of

the Isle of Usage podcast. Today we have Mallory Irvin on the show. Mallory Irvin is one of those

angels that just is somehow on this earth. She is absolutely incredible. I read her book and that

is what I knew. I absolutely had to have her on the show. I just think so highly of her. She's so

like, she's the cutest person ever, but she just has so much, I don't know if like,

fierceness is the right word. Maybe that sounds kind of lame. I'm not sure. She's very strong.

And I am obsessed with her. I think she's the greatest person ever. If you guys have not read

her book, you absolutely need to. We're talking a lot about identity. We're talking about avoiding

pain. We're talking about like living life in your 20s, actively choosing to live fully. I think

like my greatest fear in life is living a mediocre life or just kind of maybe not living up to my

potential. And because I do that, maybe failing. And so she was just such a good person to have on

the show. You guys are absolutely going to love this episode. You're going to leave feeling so
