One of the biggest struggles we actually face is also getting people to be honest and

not necessarily polite.

So first we have to get them to be willing to engage in conflict in a positive and

healthy way.

And then we have to try to get them to actually like say what's really on their mind.

We refuse to be enemies and we're just going to go into a situation with that in our

mind.

I refuse to be enemies and what does it mean to go in to this very heated contentious situation

and really go in with an open hand.
