The Eagles suffered their first major injury of the season.

They can't go more than one week without happening.

It's unfortunate to who it's happening to.

It's Malik Jackson.

He suffered a Liz Frank injury to his foot.

He's almost definitely going to be out for the season.

They signed him to be, like, the best defensive tackle that Fletcher Cox has ever played with in theory.

It was kind of a journey to a comeback for him after he had a bad year with the Jaguars last year.

They signed him to a three-year deal and he'll be back here next year.

They can't really afford to cut him based on the way the contract is structured.

But, and also they signed Akeem Spence from the Miami Dolphins.
