Yeah, a lot of people that we know who are not like the lead writer on a major website

or who don't live on the coast.

Like people were getting screeners at 9 p.m. on Thursday night.

Okay, so that, listeners, normally that spells doom.

It is like, okay, the studio does not have confidence in this movie.

And I would actually argue that they don't have confidence in this movie because I don't think they knew how to sell

this movie. No. I feel like they did such a deliberate job of not revealing what the film is

actually about that they have harmed the film, which is hilarious because usually I'm the

person who's, you know, shouting from the rooftops, fuck, spoilers and marketing, don't show us the third act.

And really, they didn't. But they also really fucking drop the ball on this one.

Well, okay. See, no, I want to combat that a little bit because I thought the same thing as

you about the trailer. You know, it looked very generic. I was like, it looks like a retread of his style from Insidious with a little bit of dead

silence thrown in.

Like, correct.

Yes.

That being said, I am so happy that the trailer did this.
