remember seeing it and I was like whoa Malcolm in the middle I assumed immediately

it was going to be a reboot but not with the original cast and I read a little bit more and it was like

Frankie Munez Brian Cranston and jane casimir coming back and I was like whoa this is crazy I was a

huge fan growing up so I was like okay let me see my character Malcolm's girlfriend that's really cool so I was like okay I'm going me see my character, Malcolm's girlfriend. That's really cool.

So I was like, okay, I'm going to treat this just like, you know, regular audition, not trying to put too much pressure on it. But I remember doing so many takes my first audition. I was like being so hard on myself, I'm like, it's not, it's not in, it's not good enough. I know the show, this is not it. And I ended up just being like whatever, I sent it in.

And then I got notes from the casting director from Tiffany Mack on the Canadian I know the show, this is not it. And I ended up just being like, whatever, I sent it in.

And then I got notes from the casting director from Tiffany Mack on the Canadian side, just saying like, you know, some retaping notes. So that was over the Christmas break. So we came back from the Christmas break. I retaped it. And then at that point, I started hearing from U.S. casting. and they were like, they want to do a Zoom callback with Lynn Wood and Ken Quapis, who was our director. So I was like, okay, cool, is on Zoom. I was like so nervous, but they were so nice and warm and kind. And then I kind of had to like let that go and waited. And then they were like, we want to do a chemistry read with you and Frankie so they flew me out to LA oh my god I know I know and everything was just happening and I was

probably the one main audition I've ever gotten in my whole life where i'm like this would be a dream come true like i it's so funny i have i have a photo on my phone of of grade five me reading a book on the first day of school the teacher took photos of all of us and i was reading reading the Malcolm in the middle paperback. Yeah. So it's just crazy. I don't even really remember reading that book,
