Before we jump into this week's episode, I just wanted to share something with you. This week's episode is really, really special. Our guest, Paul, a very

good friend of mine, he shares his story about the time that he went to Sub-Saharan Africa to film a documentary

about malaria and then in turn catches malaria.

But one of the reasons why this week's episode is so special is because when Paul was doing this, when Paul was over there,

he was documenting the whole thing, and he ended up writing this, this incredibly riveting story

about this time that he was in this, you know, remote corner of Zambia,

catches malaria and has to spend a number of days at this,

this Christian missionary hospital where he's nursed back to health

by this Welsh doctor named Dr. Davies.

But he dives into the history of this place in Zambia

and the history of this missionary

that has been doing so much great work in this small little area.

It's a riveting, riveting story.

And it's never been published. It's never been seen by the public, really. So Paul was so gracious enough to allow us to take his essay, his story,
