I just wanted to come vet where the 2024 Cross Fit Games were going to be and you know sit here in a hotel in an airport for 24 hours.

qualifying events, that looked like it went pretty well.

It was a lot of fun. It has a lot of similarities to cross-fit events in the sense that, you know, their two day events, the first couple of hours, it's like full scramble, new people are trying to figure out what they're doing everybody's trying to get their footing and then after the first few hours everybody knows it's a little bit more calm and relaxed, but like man that community is so cool.

Like from the way that they do it is they have so if you and Tommy were in the same division and in separate heats, you would each

judge each other.

So almost like the Cross Fit Open, yeah.

And it was really cool to watch some of the athletes actually try to judge and coach them at the same time and give them helpful feedback that increased their performance.
