Summary
There is a common misconception about purpose in life. Most people believe that it will find them, that something external will show up and force them to change their lives. However, sometimes to find our purpose, it is necessary to go out and seek it.
Today's guest, Sean Rosensteel, is the author of The School of Intentional Living and the founder of The Intentional Living Academy. He shared his experience in seeking purpose and explains what it means to live an intentional life. Sean also talks about his book and gives a brilliant explanation of why he decided to use the school analogy to write it. In his academy, Sean offers support and dives into a deeper understanding of his book's teaching, offering group and individual coaching sessions.
Tune in to Episode 70 of Rejuvenaging, and listen to Sean's impeccable advice about parenting, legacy, and purpose.
