And I'm Antonia Dodge.

We are having a good day today because we just got back from our first personality

hacker private retreat where we had some clients come in just a few handful of clients

come in and we did some work together over a period of three

days by the ocean in New Jersey it was one it well let me just put it this way

I don't even know how to describe it because I think for us it was one of the best experiences we've had

here at Personality Hacker working with people and just getting to connect in a very human way and work through some of the things that people are

bringing that are limiting beliefs and other factors in their life that they are

wanting to either move past or work on to go to the next stage of their life.

It was just a powerful experience.

We're a little bit basking in the feelings it gave us.

Yeah, well, a little, the brains are a little spongy from all the work. I mean because it

quite frankly we were leaving this concept of a retreat sort of open we were letting

it emerge and see what would be the highest

leverage you know form of coaching to do for people who came to this retreat you can

kind of hear it in my voice too like I've done a lot of talking over the last

five or six days.

So more than usual.

Yeah, more than usual, even more than usual.

And so you can, like the quality of my voice being a little grainy,

that's kind of the quality of my brain right now too it's a little
