So this is a little bit different than how I normally do the podcast.

I've got a special guest here.

My name's Henry and this is Eric.

I know Eric, we've worked together.

We worked for workout any time.

If you've been following me for a while, you know, I used to work there. I now work at Gold's Gym. And he actually does, too. We work at separate gyms. And he's a personal trainer by day and student by night. And what I wanted to do is I'm always looking at ways to change the channel to bring quality content and also enjoy it for myself and be interested in the subject matter because that's the one thing that I've noticed

with the other channels I follow is when you know when it's a good channel the person is just

really into whatever it is they're doing and you feel like they could probably talk about it 24-7

and for me that's something I've been kind of figuring out what that is for this channel because

I have lots of interests and sometimes something might interest me for a little while and then it

kind of takes a back seat and then it'll get you know exciting again but to create constant

content I have to have something that's just continually,

you know, exciting for me as far as doing it like this where I'm presenting it to people.

So I figured why not have a guest on so we can talk about some stuff and, you know, just

really hit, touch on a bunch of points that we're all interested in.

We've got some similar things that we like and some differences.
