where we are making it fun again. It all started with a crazy girl, dancing on the

straight corner and turns out she's not so crazy after all. I am Angela Reed of Parisian

Farmgirl and I'm joined by Shea Elliott of the Elliott Homestead and together we are

Homemaker's Sheik. You are Homemaker's Sheik and we are thrilled to be with you this

fine Monday. Okay, we're a sort of in the same color palette. How are you, my dear?

Yeah, these are my workout clothes. I am actually minor under here. Truth be told and I'm smelling

actually. I just rolled it from the gym like quick, quick, go, go, get your earphones on.

Let's go. Yeah. Yeah. It was a good day though. My instructor reminded me to just submit

to the burn. Just let it roll over you. It's gonna burn. There's no way out of it. I

did want that I haven't done on the tonal this morning or late morning and I was so

annoying because I kept having to adjust because of my tennis elbow. Like half of the stuff

I couldn't do. I was ticked. I'm like, why did you pick this one? Yeah. Aging, ladies.

Oh my gosh. No, this is from the move from moving here. I ruined. I got tennis elbow from

the tape gun on the boxes. Damaged goods. Damaged goods, aren't we all? We're so glad that you

guys have been with us here this season. The theme was making blank fun again, making all kinds of

stuff. Again. Yeah. And if you missed what Angela was talking about with the woman on the street,

we started with this really silly little sort of gif that was circling around of a woman,

dress to the nines. Happy in her own little world. Just dancing on the street corner while

everyone else was frumpy and sad and she was feeling it. So we saw it. Let's just focus for a few

weeks on doing that on like taking a deep breath, remembering that there are fun and beautiful
