1:29.7	We'll start with where chocolate begins, cacao trees growing in tropical forests,
1:36.6	colorful pods, and the beans hidden inside. Then we'll follow the transformation,
1:44.8	fermenting, drying, roasting, and grinding those beans into something that finally smells and tastes like chocolate.
1:56.0	Finally, we'll explore how chocolate makers turn that into dark chocolate,
2:02.8	milk chocolate, or white chocolate by adding different ingredients
