Everybody so today I want to talk to you guys about the importance of a morning routine and how to kind of build a morning

routine that works for you and how to make your day more productive because I have times where I'm

really good at this and then times where I really backslide on it and I'm not doing

well on keeping my house clean before I leave the house in the morning. And it really, really

affects my whole day, throws my whole day off. And it's just nice. It's really nice to fall asleep

to a clean house. And it's really nice to leave in the morning

So that's what the goal is.

Now, that's not always attainable.

We all have busy lives and schedules sometimes.

But the goal here is just to try our hardest to make it a routine

the more you do something the more it becomes routine the easier it becomes and then it's

just second nature you don't even have to think about it you know when you wake up you're gonna make

your bed in the morning you know you're going to clean up your breakfast wake up, you're going to make your bed in the morning. You know,

you're going to clean up your breakfast mess. You know you're going to pick up the house before you

leave, things like that. So I'm going to talk you through whether you're a night person or a

morning person. You can either do this right before you go to bed or before you leave for work in the

morning or before you start your day if you are a stay-at-home mom or you work remotely or anything

like that okay or a stay-at-home dad or you just stay-at-home and you know maybe you're a podcaster or something like that so let's get
