Curtis Stone and Curtis Stone is an urban farmer in Canada and today's show is

an in-depth interview with him and I think you're going to love it.

In 2012, Curtis' farm, Green City Acres,

grew over 50,000 pounds of food on less than an acre of land using 100% natural organic

methods and only 80 liters of gasoline. Curtis started his business with a seven thousand dollar investment, earned

$22,000 his first year, and then last year and this year changed the size of his business to the point where he works during the

spring, summer, and fall 40 to 50 hours a week on borrowed land, farming in the city, and makes about 80 to 100,000 dollars per year, farming in total

about a third of an acre.
