Nate here has 18 properties before you did a wholesale deal, right? Yeah, I own probably 18 properties before I did a wholesale deal. I was frustrating. And how much more money have you made from wholesaling than you have from your rentals? Lifetime. Lifetime. Yeah, I mean, probably done close to $250,000, maybe $250,000 from wholesaling. And then lifetime from rentals, I don't even know because we put so much money
