you see regularly and do something nice for them as soon as you possibly can.

Of the nearly 900 episodes of Before Breakfast that I've recorded so far, many focus on ways

to invest in relationships, writing gratitude notes, being willing to plan get-togethers

for friends and bragging about a colleague, just to name a few.

That's because people are a good use of time.

And if people are a good use of time, then it follows that anything we can do to make

someone stay better or boost their sense of self-worth is among the most productive things

we could be doing.

It is probably not that hard to make someone smile.

Indeed, it is a superpower that you are walking around with right now.
