I'm not only paying for them to receive a return on their investment.

I'm paying for future investments because if I never make an investor no money,

I would never have a pool of investors to go and acquire more real estate with.

I'm going to always choose ownership. I don't care what nobody say. I don't care what they

thoughts are. When you own something, they have to go through you to take it.

People are like, oh, they can take your property. They got to go through you.

If you're a little chump, then they probably is. They're going to take it anyway.

You know what I'm saying? But if you got that dog in you, you want to fight for your property,

ownership is our birthright. One thing we can physically see that I believe,

you know, God left for us is land. And I believe if you don't have ownership,

then you got to ask yourself, why are you barren? I don't just think barren means caring

a child. I think barren means being able to birth. So if you don't know your property lines,

you don't know what you're defending. So it's important for you to understand where your property

start and where it ends because you're not going to allow trespasses to come and take your land.

You're not going to be able to be defrauded out of your land because you understand what you own.
