I'm not sure how much the offseason acquisitions actually change

the level of pressure at least internally

for the Cincinnati Bengals and their coaching

staff this season, but certainly in the eyes

of the public, it is now on the plate

of this coaching staff of this team

and a little bit less so on the front

office for them to perform at the

in 2021 and 2022. The addition of defensive talent certainly hasn't lessened expectations. There are

very few excuses out there and you could quibble with the off season,

and we have and talk about the linebacker situation and talk about what's going on in slot

corner. But by and large, James, this front office went out and surpassed expectations by

landing Dexter Lawrence in a trade. They've added a ton of pieces to that defense. Al Golden going into

year two and pretty out of excuses for Zach Taylor's coaching staff at this point. But I'll say this,
