The world is a stressful place to be, so every week on the show, we try to make it a little bit more friendly, a little bit more pleasant.

I play a game with one guest who is guaranteed to win because they're the only contestant.

As they answer my questions, I assign them points based on how much their answers cheer me up.

Then, at the end, the winner receives a $100 donation or contribution to the charity or aid cause of their choice,

and we each give a pep talk to someone that we think needs it this week, because this isn't all about me.
