The premise here is that the world is a bad and stressful place, so each week I play a game

with one guest who is guaranteed to win.

I assign the guest points based on how much they cheer me up personally,

and then at the end, the winner gives a pep talk to cheer up anyone in the world they want to,

because it's not just about me here.

It's mostly about me, but not exclusively.

The contestant also wins a grand prize of a $100 donation to the cause of their choice.

What have you been doing that's given you like the most relief and enjoyment over the last several weeks?

Well, I've been forcing myself to go on a walk every day. And I started doing something I never used to do, which is, well, I used to have contempt for people who had headphones on when they walked around the city.
