About a month ago, my wife Nicole and I were at a wedding for one of our good friends. At our table, I struck up a conversation with a random guy named Victor Mangona. Now, Victor and his wife,

Kate, are both doctors, and they live in a swanky part of Dallas

called Highland Park. Victor and I got to chatting about their adventures in real estate investing.

Now, I've been very interested in rental real estate for quite some time now. I think it was

about 10 years ago when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad,

that I started going cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs with real estate. The idea of owning a property

and having somebody pay you a steady income stream to live there just sounds like the bees' knees.

Victor and his wife have taken their super doctor salaries
