So we have, I think, six or seven points, and we're going to go through these points.

And a lot of these points will be, I think, maybe even, dare I say, offensive to some of you.

And I'm going to give you a little... Morning. Exactly, right? I'm going to give you a little suggestion. When you feel offended, especially by anything you hear on the radio show, we're not like shock jocks. We're not trying to offend you. But when you feel offended, when you feel challenged, when you feel like, you know, if you don't feel like

you're in agreement with something, opposed to just discounting it and stopping listening,

I would challenge all of you to ask yourself why it is that you find it offensive, why it

is that you don't agree, why specifically it is that maybe you're not on the same page as we are about some of these thoughts and concepts and ideas we're passing along to you on the radio show and through our coaching programs? And then the next question is the best one. Where did those thoughts originate? Where did they come from? Are they your thoughts or thoughts that people gave to you? You know, the example that Julie and I give all the time, which is kind of funny, are like working with unrepresented owners. That's what we call FISBOs, right? So FISBOs,

you should just call them unrepresented owners because that's really what they are,

unrepresented sellers. So a lot of agents have this horrible mindset about working with

a for sale by owner, an representative seller.

And then if you ask them why, they won't have any personal experience.

They'll have led to that mindset. They'll have just heard it from other relatives.

They'll maybe hurt it in the office.
