Today’s Happy Hour Special: ☕️ Citrus Cardamon Coffee Spritzer Recipe: Recipe Fiction Citrus Cardamom Coffee Spritzer 1 ounce cardamom-infused simple syrup 4 ounces cold coffee 1/2–1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Soda water or seltzer to top Cardamom Simple Syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 8–10 pods cardamom, crushed Instructions: Cardamom simple syrup: Combine water, sugar and heat until just boiling.
