I did all of this. But man, when we start to lose, when we start to have problems, we tend to tell

ourselves, somebody else did this. And if we don't hold ourselves accountable and take responsibility

for the things that we do to put us in whatever situation, winning or losing, then we don't

get the lesson from it. You see, when I have to take L's in life, which happens, you know,

we have good months, bad months. Sometimes we got the right team. Sometimes the team separates. I'm

running a business over here. When I have good months or bad months, I have to be the responsible

one to take the blame for it, no matter what it is. If we're not producing on the job, I have to take the blame for that because I'm falling short on my communication or my leadership skills. If we're having a good month, I get to take the blame for that too because I've got the team firing on all cylinders. Everybody's happy. Everybody's doing their job and being productive. But wherever we are in life, we have to blame for that. At the point where I'm at in my life, I've got a nice home or ranch and office building that drive of cool cars that I enjoy. I got a cool truck that I enjoy. I've got every watch that I want, every bit of clothing that I could ever want. My kids are happy. They're in private

school. I'm to blame for that situation. Now, if my life was the other way, hey, I, you know, I've got out of prison. I never got my shit together. I'm still on drugs. I got four kids that are, that are, you know, thinking about transitioning. And I got, you know, my life's a shambles. And I'm an alcoholic. I have to take the blame for that too.
