I am so excited that you're on here with me.

You know, today I want to talk about just breaking negative, negativity off of you.

It's so, so easy for us to get stuck, you know, in life, in breakups, in devastation.

I was looking on Instagram this morning, because you know, that's our daily routine, right?

In the mornings I get up and I read my scriptures and I lay in my bed and I talk to God

and then I scroll Instagram.

And I was reading about someone that had just walked through a major breakup and it was

six months ago and they'd spent six years with this person and they were about to get married

to this person and all of a sudden this person just walks in and breaks up with them.

And I was just thinking about how so many people are going through stuff that you just

never know about.

You just never know, you know, what someone's going through and how easy it is to get stuck

in that place because you've been there trying to heal and our world makes healing look so

easy and just get up and move forward.

And so today I want to go through just how to get unstuck and then I want to end with

a quick devotion on just how Glyath in our lives must fall.

And that's what we're going to talk about is Glyath must fall.

You've got to realize that if you've been staring at that same mountain forever, it is

time to crush it down.
