And Crystal just take a minute, fill in some gaps from that end zone, give us a little glimpse of your personal life.

I'm so excited to be here. I'm actually doing this interview in the midst of a surprisingly expansive time for me right now.

I'm practicing for my first TED Talk, yay, which will be followed by my first trip with my younger sisters. There's three of them and we're finally all 21.

So we get to go and travel together.

And on top of that, we're selling our condo and buying a house. So we're doing so many things.

And so business is also doing really great and finally really working hard to integrate my purpose into my business and really showcase the values that I have really supporting people and helping them feel seen and making them.

Helping people to really get paid what they're worth for the first time.

There's a reason fire nation why the quote when it rains at pours has come to fruition because it's just a reality when it rains at does pour and crystal is finding that right now in a lot of different areas and industries.

But crystal you've still managed to become awesome in a specific area. So give us what that area of expertise is and then drop a couple value bombs on us.

My big area of expertise is helping people to be seen. I actually did a social enterprise program that helps you to find your purpose.

And that is what came up as my purpose is helping other people stand out and be seen and really supporting women and making their worth for the first time because they've been underpaid for way too long.

One thing that I really like to tell people is to make sure that whatever you do that you believe that you're worth it and you stand like you're worth it and live every moment of your life when you're doing business when you're going through your day to day as if you're worth every penny every reward that you deserve and other people will believe it to.

So act as if fire nation act as if you're worth it. I mean go back to this episode 12 of EO fire. I wasn't acting like I was worth running one of the top business podcasts in the world. So guess what it wasn't but as I found my voice my confidence and now 1400 and 50 episodes later. Yeah we're getting there now that was number one was number two crystal.
