And it's not what you thought. No, no, I've got, um, well, I do also have the hiatus hernia,

but that's just like a red herring. That's just like a minor nuisance.

My real problem, it's called gastroporiasis, so anyone who's got that and feels encouraged to write in about it, I guess you can do so. It's a sleepy tummy syndrome, and some people

have it really, really fucking bad. I've got it bad, but some people feed off a tube for the
