Okay, well we're in the sermon on the mount.

The title of my message is Make a Difference and our text is Matthew

chapter 5. Let's pray Father as we open your word we want to give our

attention with intention. We don't want to just hear it. We want to do it.

Actually at the end of the sermon on the mount you say whoever hears these things of mine and does them they're like a

wise man who builds their house on the rock but for the person who hears these

sayings and does not do them they're like a foolish man who builds their house on the

sand. Lord help us be wise men and women and build our lives on the rock of

Christ himself and of the truth of scripture.

So speak to us now in Jesus, name we pray.

Amen.
