professionals from amateurs or people that are doing a few deals to doing a lot of deals.

So in 2025, we are ahead of our P&L, which is a good thing.

So the first, I quit my job in 2018.

So 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 were just massive growth years.

Like everything we touched turned to gold.

We would set a P&L and we would double our P&L.

So it was, we weren't going to tracking.

We were growing like crazy.

Then 2023 hit. And we set crazy goals and it was not a good going to tracking we were growing like crazy then 2023 hit and we set crazy goals and

it was not a good year 23 was a tough year for us yeah and all of our businesses we didn't have

one business do well um 2024 we had a couple businesses do well a couple businesses struggle so we

set a little more realistic P&L.
