Oh, man, I'm so grateful to be here, man.

Thank you so much for having me.

Yeah, excited to have you on the podcast, so you were referred to me by Kevin Chow,

and I know you do Creative Finance, um, so for people who don't know who you are can you give us your quick backstory?

Yeah, so my name is Stephen Hunt. I am a real estate investor based out of Arizona. That's a loaded question, right? Giving me the backstory here, but came from the corporate America space. I was doing medical sales. I actually used to cover a territory that was all Arizona and all Vegas as well, so it's nice to be back in Vegas for a change.

Ended up getting out of the corporate space and

2022 and jump full force into real estate.

So I've been in real estate for a little over two years now and

okay just going full steam ahead.

And how many transactions would you say you've done in like the last two years?

I've done a little over 100 transactions, I'd say.

That's a lot.

I had to count them.

I used to count every single transaction and I'd keep a set of keys for every deal that I did and then it got to the point where there was too many keys and I was like this is stupid. Yeah. Yeah.

Kind of like how Dexter would keep teeth you you know, if you watch the show Dexter,

that was my little token that I would keep for every house that we did.

Yeah, I used to keep paychecks, and now I have, this probably sounds arrogant,

but I have like bags of paychecks and not just like wholesale deals but like refund checks like all the checks that I've made from real estate and I was going to make like this big poster with all the checks and I could still do it but I stopped collecting the checks.

It doesn't sound arrogant, you're just doing business. Yeah, so I was just like, oh that's interesting.

But how have you had so much success in the last two years?
