and microphones from the courtroom. Defendant seeks an order categorically prohibiting any electronic

media coverage during the pendency of this case. Because defendant has not shown that a categorical

ban on electronic media coverage for all proceedings, in this case is allowed by Utah law,

defendant's motion is respectfully denied. I'm glad for that ruling,
