1:29.2 | the healing, the light, and when I'm holding my breath, I'm just imagining that air or that |
1:34.4 | light kind of like vibrating my cells into a higher state of, you know, love, whatever you want to |
1:43.1 | call it, that peace, you know, just that high vibration that can flow into anything I want. So that's what I, you know, imagine my mind that's happening. And then when I breathe out, it's just out with the old, any of the old thoughts or, you know, parts of you that couldn't get to that vibration. We're breathing them out. And so we're breathing in the new, out with the old. |
