0:11.2	in place warning at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill authorities there say
0:16.8	there is an, quote, armed and dangerous, unquote, person on or near the campus.
0:23.0	The governor Roy Cooper now pledging all resources to capture the person he is characterizing
0:27.9	as the shooter, moments ago, a law enforcement source told CNN that federal law enforcement

0:34.1	But at this point, there was no information, at least not yet, about anyone being shot.
0:41.6	Right now we're getting information in about a situation where somebody is armed and
