Now, it's out on the road, late at night, a scene in my house.

The major cities of this country have become like third world, very dangerous, hot beds

of crime and corruption.

And it's not just that there is a lot of crime, it's a petri dish for it to spread.

You've got cartels, you've got gangs, you've got a modern day in effect, mafia.

And what made the mafia so dangerous was their control over the politicians.

They didn't just engage in criminal behavior, they had a structure in place, which included

owning politicians, as well as robbing the police, which made it very dangerous for law enforcement

officers who sought to bring them down because your fellow officers might be tipping them

off, and you might end up as dead as one of their members who does wrong.

Well, we've created a situation where the criminals now understand that they can operate

with impunity in the major cities of this country.

That's what criminal justice reform looks like.

There's a case out of Las Vegas where a retired police chief, 64 years old, is outriding

a bicycle.

The name was Andres Probst, P-R-O-B-S-T, went by the name Andy, 64 years old.

And there is a video of Jesus Ayala driving a stolen Hyundai Elantra, August 14, along

with Jasmir Keys, who's 16 years old, and they drive up on Andy Probst, the retired police

chief, and they drive into him at a high rate of speed, killing him.

How do we know?

Oh, it wasn't some really impressive investigative effort.
