Hi everyone. I'm Ronnie and I'm Jessica and you're listening to Clean with me the podcast where we walk you through cleaning your house.

0:12.5

Hey guys today we're going to do a old school straightening of the house. So I just dropped the kids off at school and I have a busy day today,

0:24.3

but the house is kind of in a state of disarray for sure. So I want you guys to get ready for your

0:31.2

clean first, you know, get ready in some capacity, light some candles, open windows,

0:37.3

do all that good stuff.

0:39.2

And I also want you to get some supplies ready because the less time we're spending,

0:44.8

leaving the project that we're on and gathering stuff and getting off tasks,

0:50.1

the more likely we are to finish the project.

0:52.3

I know that if I'm off searching for plastic bags or chlorox wipes or rags or whatever the

1:00.9

cases, I end up getting distracted and then I'll spend 10 minutes doing something that has nothing

1:07.6

to do with cleaning the kitchen or whatever I was doing.

1:10.4

So it does help me a lot to

1:13.0

gather supplies before I clean a room. And since we're doing a house straightening, let's start with

1:20.2

laundry. I am behind on laundry, so I'm going to be doing loads throughout the day. My washer and my dryer are kind of quiet and i don't well they're in a

1:33.4

back room so um i don't hear them when they're done and sometimes i'll just forget about it so when i'm

1:39.6

doing a laundry day where i'm going to be doing laundry throughout the whole day so i don't forget I will set a timer on my phone for how long mine is mine's like an hour and then I will go back to it when and just do a quick laundry switch and take a break from whatever I'm doing. So if you guys are now ready for your clean, go ahead and start on that laundry switch. We have your clothes the washer to the dryer dryer to a laundry basket and we're going to fold those at the end of the

2:04.9

episode and put them away big emphasis on put them away we don't want to just fold them because then

2:11.4

they're going to get messed up especially if you have pets or little ones running around the house

2:16.1

that are going to knock them over.

2:22.5

So if you guys are done with your laundry switch, let's move on to the kitchen. If you're not,

2:26.1

no worries, just go ahead and finish that up. But once you're done with your laundry switch,

2:30.9

let's go ahead and empty reload and run the dishwasher. We're going to get our machines running in the morning. That way, even if we're doing the other things, we have those
