matter what you're doing to manage your food, whether you want to track points or calories,

whether you go on a GLP1 medication, whether you go through some type of weight loss surgery,

at the end of the day, this is possible, but I know this to be 100% true. It requires a mind restructuring because if the mind is

telling you all these impulsive things to do every day and or it's convincing you you don't

need to do the habits or it's convincing you that this time is different. You know, it's okay. This time is

different. You don't have to track.

You don't have to do this. As long as you're believing that story that's going on your head, you're going to continue to struggle. And I think that for so many people, as they kind of start to come to that realization of, oh, this is more of a mind thing than anything else. Like a kid, I always say this. I could give a five-year-old a food tracker and they won't pass judgment.
