that's separate as you'll see, but easier. And I'm joined by Grammy Award

at Winning Artist PJ Morton. He is the keyboardist from Room 5 as you might

know and he is a solo artist as well and he has a new album called Paul.

We're fighting and we feel the pressure and we're going through it feels like a

dark time in the world but also we have loved ones and we want to have a good

time and we want to be entertained. So I think the album is really a

reflection of where a lot of people are in life and the balance of what we deal

with on a day-to-day basis. My advice for this week is about a seed at the table.

There's been a lot of news in popular culture about the value of a seed at the

table that you know what some people have enough money and privilege to have a

seed at the table and they should be able to do they want. And here's the thing is

it's a reminder that the only reason that the seed exists at the table in the

first place is because people fall for it. People press, people demanded, people

challenged. Most of the biggest tables in the world don't create seats for people

from marginalized identities out of the goodness of their heart, out of some

sense of altruism or benevolence. They do it because they had to. So when you get a

seed at the table your responsibility is to fight and push and challenge. Like

the seat only exists because people did that in the first place. So to do

anything other than walk into the room with a set of demands, to do anything

other than walk into the room with that same spirit that created the space
