Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome to Off the Bench. I'm so glad you guys have joined me for my favorite day of the week here at the show.

It's mailbox Monday and today I'm going to answer your question, stick around. I think you're going to be encouraged.

All right you guys, so a lot going on in my life right now. First of all, I want to let you know tonight I'm going to be with two my favorite people in the whole wide world.

Rick Green and Pastor Rob McCoy are joining me at 6 p.m. tonight at the Church of Truth. And we're going to take questions from the audience.

We're going to talk about freedom and why it is so important that we come together right now and we start telling the truth about what's going on in the culture.

I was just looking, this is fascinating to me. And I posted this over at my Facebook pages and a couple other places.

The woman of the year you guys probably heard about this last week, but the woman of the year.

And the best woman swimmer right now is a man. These are not women. And we can't tell the truth anymore because we have decided that truth is objective.

And so tomorrow we're going to take this, this, I'm going to tackle this topic with another really great friend of mine.

I'm not the founder, but the president of Summit Ministry is going to come on the show with me tomorrow. And we're going to talk about why it's so important that we cling to and hold on to truth because we all know that the dude who's working now for our federal government is not a woman.

And we all know that Leah Thomas is not a woman. We know that this is wrong. But this is only happening because people are not telling the truth anymore or people who know better are being silent.

And I want to talk about this a little bit tonight at the church or truth at 6 p.m. You guys Rick Green is the founder of Patriot Academy and Rob McCoy, who is the pastor of God's B. Calvary Chapel and 1000 docks and used to be in the not too distant past, the mayor of 1000 to California.

These guys are national treasures and you are not going to want to miss this come out tonight to church or truth. And let's talk about why truth is so important cannot think of a better place to have this tomorrow night will be up doing the same thing.

And I'm rally at 7 p.m. at the Lewis and Clark event center. And I hope you guys will come out for that. These are incredibly challenging times for for the people of God, but they're not outside of the ability of God to intervene.

And so that is one of the reasons why I am so excited to bring these guys here. I think you're going to be very, very encouraged. I know I am so come out and and I'm telling you what it's just it's going to be a night that you guys won't want to miss.

You might notice that I am wearing one of one of my statement shirts today from my friends over at Goldies Barbecue and you can't see the back of the shirt. I wish you could because it says CRT on the back Christ is the real truth.

So if you guys are in the Vancouver area at all. These guys are just friends of mine. So shoot over there Goldies Barbecue support these guys. They're doing really good things in the community.

I'm going to jump into your questions. Christina from California has a homeschooling question. She said hi Heidi. I listen regularly and so thankful for all the topics you discuss. I'm a homeschool mom of a kindergarten. He is my oldest and I'm looking into doing history with him. Good job. I want to pick a good curriculum that's quality and not left leaning. Do you have any recommendations. Thank you so much. All right. So I have so many thoughts on this.

For years and years, I taught my kids out of just a very simple series of books called by Joy Hakem called the history of the United States. I kind of think your kindergarteners not up for that.
