Greetings, everyone. Welcome to the Wolverine podcast here, Monday, May 12th. And I got to tell you what, Clayton Safie last week declared at the start of summer. And it is feeling with the start of summer. The weather is beautiful. Here in the state of Michigan, I got the sun's out. The birds are chirping. The pollen is out, which is something I'm dealing with right now. I'm sure a lot of people are as well. But good to be back here. Anthony Broom here with the aforementioned Clayton Safe, and also Chris Ballas, fellows. Welcome back. Good to be back. And it is beautiful outside. Got to right outside a little bit today. Got a little sun. So, man, I love that. I love this time of year. There's something about the summer. So nothing like football season, guys, but don't wish the summer away. That's how I always say. Yeah, and we got to clean up, Anthony, from the podcast on Thursday. Like, the Pope had been selected about 30 minutes before we went on. And ABC News had reported he was a Cubs fan.

He's actually a White Sox fan, as many people know and pointed out in the comments.

So a turn of events.

I saw the video of him at the World Series in 2005.

So he is a legit sports fan, which is kind of cool, even though it's not our team. But figured we would start with that. Just get it out of the way because a lot of people were commenting on the video. I'm a little worried about that as a Tigers fan, right? The Sox have that. But there's no saving the Sox team. What was it? Remember the Titanic thing? God himself couldn't sink this ship.

Well, God himself couldn't save the White Sox.

You don't say that because then guess what?

They make a run.

They're going to win 30 games in a row.

You just watch because I said that.

So, hey, Casey, bounce back.

We'll see if the White Sox do.

The Tigers were dead at this, I mean, most of the last summer and then they

never know. Yeah, I'd bet against that. Keep your prayers coming on the south side of Chicago.
