Now, I got so many questions. I chose ones that I think are interesting to you, but let me know

And then do you see a difference when you call up a player who had come out of college versus

calling up a player of the same age who did not go to college? And the third part of your question

that I'm going to answer, did you ever encourage a player who was drafted to go to college instead

The way that's called the Rule 4 Draft in Major League Baseball, that is what you would know as

the amateur draft. To be eligible for the Rule 4 Draft in Baseball, you either have to have completed

high school or completed three years of college. So you're drafting college juniors or high school seniors.

If you draft a college junior and that player decides not to sign with you, that player goes back

to college finishes his senior year and after senior year he can also be eligible to be drafted.

Of course, anyone who's not drafted is eligible to be signed as a free agent and by any organization.
