It means they closed the gap at the top to Arsenal to 5 points, albeit having played a game more. Spurs are 5 points off the top 4.

It really was and City made it so half in themselves, didn't they?

Going 2-0 down at half time, they looked so comfortable throughout much of the first half but 2 lapses of concentration at the back letting in Tottenham for their 2 goals.

So they were leading 2-0 at half time and you were just looking at the figure of Pep Guardiola on his haunches at the edge of his technical area, just shaking his head after the first goal went in for Tottenham to Jeydan Kuleszewski.

He just obviously is so frustrated with the lapses of concentration at the back from his City team and in the end they did get the 4-2 in as you say, 4-2-2-5 goals and inspired display really from Rio de Marra's but making it really, really tough for themselves at times.

Steve, they both had defeats in massive darbys obviously just before this.

It would have been a weird one for us and actually cheering for Spurs tonight and for a long time it looked like Spurs were going to get the job done.

Well, Spurs obviously got those 2-quick goals 5-1 and it's just before half time and it did come against the run of play.

Man City wouldn't tool control of the game without that spark that you normally see.

You know, we talked about Silver and De Bruyne, I won't in the site tonight and you could see when they're not in there that they don't overload teams like they normally do so.

Spurs really did get themselves into the 2-1 and a half time but half time probably came at the right time for Pep.
